Earlier this season I hired Merrill Landscape Services for snow removal from my property, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Almost immediately after the storm had passed, the team arrived and promptly cleared the snow away from both my driveway and sidewalks with care. Keep in mind this was well into the overnight hours. The team was careful not to damage any of the landscaping features and also salted the entire area. I also noticed that they applied more salt to areas prone to ice buildup. Merrill Landscape Services was excellent. They called me back promptly with an affordable quote (I needed an end-of-season mowing and bagging), were able to schedule me quickly, and did a beautiful job. Very professional!

I found Merrill after finding that Rich and ***** ***** ******** became a horrible nightmare. They are the most courteous, hard working, communicative company. There were some issues with the invoices in the very beginning, but they worked out those bugs and it has been beyond wonderful! They send notices when they are coming out, they answer emails and calls quickly, they do a fabulous and thorough job with great smiles and kindness!
