The cleaning duo brought specific agents to treat pet, coffee, and mulberry stains that I described while setting up the appointment. They also brought two industrial fans to speed up the dry time. The entire carpet was cleaned with a special pet stain agent. I was concerned that this might leave a strong scent lingering for days, but it was barely noticeable after three or four hours.
