Hands-down the best service I have ever received. Came in because my nose pads broke off and they changed it out in 5 minutes for no charge. Everyone was extremely friendly and I will 1000% return!

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff at Jones, especially Shay who helped my son get his first pair of glasses and helped navigate around his college schedule. They went above and beyond to ensure my son felt comfortable and helped a mom who is far away in PA!
