Always goes out of their way to get the style you want. Flexible in making appointments. Very cautious and safe during COVID times. I have been going to Carmen for many years. Phyllis is also friendly and willing to accommodate you to get the times and service you need. I have referred many friends there and they are satisfied too and keep coming back .
