During a drop off of items to recycle, my 5yr old granddaughter accidentally locked us out of our car. It was pouring down rain, so we sought help. I have to say that absolutely everyone on their staff that we encountered were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond. They even provided us with shelter and entertainment for my granddaughter while we waited to be rescued. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I switched to Illini Recycling because I didn’t want to think about my trash service- I just wanted reliable pickups. Now we GET to think about our trash service because they show up at the same time each week and waive to my kids. Without fail. Their service is great. The totes are huge and sturdy. I wish I would have switched to them sooner.

Really appreciate Illini Recycling for providing a location to bring recyclables and help us consumers keep these materials out of landfills. These days it is not so easy to find companies willing to do so.Service: Waste recycling
