Staff is always incredibly kind. Has never made me feel bad for the condition of my teeth. I do wish they would slow down a little bit but I understand they are trying to fit in as many customers as possible.
Friendly and professional office.
Let me start by saying…I do not like going to the dentist. I’m always worried they’re gonna find something else that needs to be worked on and it just makes me feel so nervous walking into the office. At my most recent visit at Hessel Park Family Dentistry. I had misunderstood what work they were going to do. When I asked my questions, Ashley, the hygienist was very kind and pulled the doctor in to ask. Dr. Nielsen was quick to hear my concerns as well.
