Last summer I was a once-a-week regular here. I am a long distance runner and frequently have muscle pain. Jamie and Gina work wonders with their hands and my muscles always feel better after a session. They play soothing music and the massage tables have a nice, relaxing heating blanket. I 10/10 recommend them if you are an athlete that suffers from frequent muscle pain or just anyone one in general looking for an excellent massage. Bravo!

I've never written a google review before, but the service I've received at BodyWork is so exceptional, I literally could not rave enough about it. I usually see Hannah at the ARC location. I have a bad case of runner's knee and the relief I experience during/after seeing her has done tremendous things to mitigate my pain and get me back running on the track. She is the most intuitive masseuse I've ever met, she can identify exactly where acute tension is stored in my body and knead/apply the perfect amount of pressure where I need it to trigger release.
