Beauty Nails Spa offers a soothing and friendly experience for its customers. The staff is helpful and polite, taking care of customers' needs such as nail shaping, cuticle care, and hand moisturizing. They also offer a variety of nail art options, including cute nail stickers. However, the business may be understaffed, as the lone employee is sometimes overworked. Overall, customers appreciate the quality of the pedicures and the salon's ability to accommodate walk-ins.
Came in today with my 6yo niece and had a GREAT experience!!! We were taken immediately and was treated so well. They let her know everything that they were doing. I think this will be our go-to place when I need my nails done. One of the polish on her nails came off and when I called them back they are going to fix it. It's nice to go from a bad experience to an AMAZING experience that shows my niece that not all nail salons are rude and nasty. You really turned it around for her! She has not stopped smiling and showing them off!! Thanks!! From a Proud Auntie🙂
