Good services... BUT.....It becomes VERY AWKWARD when a technician is REEMING another younger technician bc she made a clerical error with a charge. It was a solid 20 minutes of raised voice from her. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn't ask for more sparkle polish bc I was afraid of her possible reaction.

I absolutely love Baytowne nails however, there's 1 man in there working that has no business doing pedicures. I've gotten him the last 2 times and have been very unhappy. He's not thorough. I will have to request someone else or choose a different establishment next time. Every other experience I've had here has been wonderful. I get my feet done 1-2 times per month bc I have a form of eczema thay affects only my hands and feet and leaves with very dry with plenty of excess dead skin.

I wish I had gotten the name of the girl that did my pedicure. She was fantastic! I live in Texas and every time I come here for a visit I go to Baytowne Nails because I know I will always get a great pedicure no matter who the technician is.
