The optometrist and staff were professional and thorough. Took a long time to get an appointment because they take all insurance, and good for them. I got my glasses at Walmart, which is normally fine, but not in Champaign. I should have gotten them from Bard. Overall good experience.
They take state covered insurance (Medicaid). They only have one doctor there so it can be a bit busy there and you might feel a bit rushed. But they are really good for children took all my kids there. Yes you have to pay extra if you want extra things like scratch resistant and have to pay for designer frames. I have tried some plastic frames that have broke a couple times and I have had pairs where I've been wearing them for years. Definitely recommend Bard!
Great service. The front office staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Impressive turnaround on my order! I had my prescription in less than 48 hours after my exam. Keep up the great work!
