Had them clean our restaurants fume hood for 5 years and never once cleaned it properly. Took them 5 years to tell us we needed a hinge kit installed and that's why they were able to clean it properly. 5 years of improper cleaning all while still charging us and telling us it was getting clean. Fire inspection had to tell us to go somewhere else. Then the owner got mad at me for calling him out on it.
Paul and his team do fantastic job training. I took a team of new technicians with no experience and Ability got them completely ready to clean a hood after a week of training. Paul is also extremely knowledgeable in the business of Hood Cleaning. As a business owner, he has helped me shortcut my way to a profitability operating business in way less time than I could have ever achieved myself.
