Blake arrived early, worked efficiently, clearly explained what was wrong, and even looked over other areas that could become issues. Angie was amazing, responding quickly and getting someone scheduled out fast. The customer service is unmatched, and the plumbers are professional, respectful, funny, and have high quality work standards. They are honest, fair, and very quick to respond, kind, courteous, and informative. One customer had a bad leak that another plumber turned down, but Ridge Plumbing promptly came out and fixed it despite the mud. They are efficient and the best plumbing company around. Customers totally trust Ridge Plumbing and plan to have them back for more work. Ridge Plumbing is a small family owned Illinois licensed union plumbing business that specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing, from small repairs to running large jobs.
I would highly recommend Ridge Plumbing. This is the 2nd time they have done work for us. After a storm our sump pump quit working. They were here in less than an hour to install a new one. I'm sure I sounded desperate on the phone. That happens when you've been hauling water out of the basement all night. The guys were polite and efficient and got the work done fast.
The first time was not an emergency situation. Blake was here for 3 or 4 days doing quite a bit of plumbing work as we had just bought the house.
I would not hesitate to tell everybody to call Ridge Plumbing.

He clearly explained what was wrong, came back to double-check the work and add anything needed, and even looked over other areas that could become issues. On top of that, he was great to talk with and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Angie was amazing as well—she responded quickly, reviewed our inspection report to understand exactly what we needed, and got someone scheduled out to us fast.

I could not sing Ridge plumbing praises higher. My only regret is not finding them sooner. They have helped our family out with several plumbing issues we have faced. The customer service provided by Angie is unmatched. Not to mention the plumbers are professional, respectful, funny, and most importantly have high quality work standards. Buying a home with extensive plumbing work needed is stressful but because of Ridge things have gotten easier. They are honest and fair. If you’re having plumbing issues don’t think twice about calling them, best plumbing company around.
