After waiting 2 days on another company and not even getting an estimate or a date for replacing the sump pump, Roto Rooter solved the problem the next day. Their price wasn’t bad either and they could have raised their rates during this emergency but they did not. Solid job and I will call on them again if a need arises.

He educated us on what was going on, answered all our questions (all of them) and got a crew (also great) over that day to clean up the water. Technician Dakota was outstanding in every way...smart, polite, focused, careful. He knew when he needed backup instead of pushing ahead on his own. The job became difficult, but Dakota kept his cool, staying all afternoon until the job was RIGHT. We were impressed with his professionalism and outright charm.
