Jim took the time to resolve a leaking bathtub faucet issue after we tried replacing with a new faucet. The leak became a stream of water. We called a local plumber and they told us we had bought a faulty replacement and gave us no solution. Jim from Roto Rooters looked at it more closely and found the stems of the new faucet were not compatible. He fixed the issue with the right stems. I appreciated his expertise and solution. I may not have stated the technical stuff correctly......this is my understanding. Overall my issue was addressed and resolved in a few hours when the other plumbing person gave me no solution. Chris was very good.I have no complaints with Chris.The service seemed to take a long time not due to his skill but because he had to leave to get material.We are rural I know the drive time is longer but maybe more material and tools on the truck would have saved time .I am satisfied with Chris he is courteous and explained what and why.We called 3 other businesses and they could not come or didn't call back.You service and communication was excellent.We will call you if and when again..ThanksService: Plumbing pipe repair
