I was so nervous with the task of calling around to find someone honest & dependable to do our repairs. I was given the Garret’s contact information by referral from one of their previous customers. They were here within 30 minutes of me calling them, came in and diagnosed the problem all in under an hour. Now I understand that due to different circumstances they might not be able to move this fast for everyone but I am forever grateful for their prompt response and our family appreciates them greatly. I look forward to scheduling an appointment for the air conditioner unit installation in the spring.

Called them at 7am because furnace not working on 16 degree morning. Furnace was repaired and running great by 8am. They were polite and professional. I couldn't be happier and I definitely recommend them!Service: Heating system repair

A husband and wife team. Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They did the install (new AC and furnace) very quickly and perfectly and left the area immaculate.
