Shirley has helped me by relieving my pain and loosening up tight muscles in my neck and shoulders, hips and knees. After my foot surgery she was able to loosen my toes which enabled my toes to lay flat again. I cannot thank her enough.
I have been going to Shirley for about 5+ years now, and no one compares to her skills. She is truly a talented individual. She always finds knots I didn't know I had and gets rid of them. She understands how everything is related in the body and what to do to help you to feel your constant best. Not to mention that she is one of the kindest people I know!
Shirley is a master in her field and I thank her for her years of healing! I appreciate how she listens to my concerns but truly understands the anatomy of the body especially from a functional aspect AND she ALWAYS gets me to a better place !!!
