They sent Dan to check out my furnace which wasn't igniting. Dan came out same day an hour after I called and was very knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue and replaced the igniter very quickly. He was able to talk about the current issue and had a lot of insight for future issues and solutions. Air conditioner cleaning of blower on furnace. Connor was early, friendly, and careful to apply foot protection on entering house. He inspected furnace and noted problem with the blower. He explained issue, and how to solve. He made improvements and explained how to care for furnace and air conditioner. Connor was a pleasure! I appreciated his advice!
