CustomCrete Industrial Surfaces offers commercial flooring solutions, including urethane cement, polished concrete, and epoxy systems. Serving the Elgin area for over 15 years, the team provides professional service from start to finish. Customers describe the crew as professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work. They were in and out, very professional, and completed projects on time with no issues. One polished concrete project of 200,000 square feet still looks amazing. A knowledgeable team member found a great urethane cement flooring solution that can hold up to a lot of punishment over the old epoxy coating, saving thousands long term. The consultation process was seamless, with transparency regarding pricing and timelines, making the experience stress-free. They have been a reliable partner at a fair price for multiple companies. Highly recommended for commercial floor painting and surfacing needs, including concrete sealing and grinding.
CustomCrete redid the Production room floor at our chemical manufacturing & distribution facility in northern Illinois. From start to finish, Shane, Vinnie and the team were top notch. Ahead of schedule, on budget with exceptional results. Highly recommend CC for any flooring application.
Tom and his crew were professional from start to finish. The polished concrete project 200,000 ft.² from the day completed still looks amazing.
Would recommend to any industrial company looking for high-grade floor, coatings, and or polished concrete.
We did a flooring job with these guys a while back. Tom was really knowledgeable and was able to find a great urethane cement flooring solution that can hold up to a lot of punishment over the old epoxy coating we used to have. Will save us thousands long term. Vinny on the installation team was great and got the job done on time and with no issues.
