We were recommended Always Air by our neighbor and recently used them to service our furnace. Hal, who is also the owner, came out personally and provided excellent service. The pricing was very fair, and Hal took the time to explain things clearly, even giving me helpful tips on how to interpret the error codes on our system. It’s refreshing to work with someone so knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend Always Air and will definitely be calling them again the next time we have any issues.

Hal and his son Matt deliver exceptional service. Hal had come to fix furnace and AC issues at our house a couple times. Very honest and doesn't try to upsell you. We just got a new furnace installed at a good price.

We are so happy with the prompt communication and professionalism we received from Always Air. We love supporting a business that is family owned and operated. Matt worked for hours without taking a break or even lunch. He was focused on getting the job done well and restoring our AC, and we appreciated that so much. Did I mention that our system went out on the 4th of July? They promptly returned our frantic call and came out to assess. We were immediately put on their schedule, with no guesswork about when they would arrive to do the job. So glad we went with Always Air!
