I received the signature pedicure by Victoria and it was amazing! She paid close attention to detail and the experience was relaxing. She shaped my nails beautifully, the polish was applied flawlessly, and everything was very clean. Overall, it was high quality service and I’ll be coming back!

I received a facial today. Unfortunately, the service was bad. She spent what felt like 20 minutes playing with my hair (?). No idea what the point of it was, did not feel good at all. She took out my hair tie and was softly twisting hair on the front part of my head. It was so weird. Why? Next time ask first if people like getting their hair played with as part of a facial is for me it was uncomfortable and awkward. For the entire service, there was bright white light aimed directly into my face. For the whole hour! Couldn’t relax. Usually they cover your eyes or turn it down when they don’t need it. She didn’t need maximum lighting for all of that. Overall, I felt like she didn’t really think of me during the experience and was just trying to get it over with. Learned nothing about my skin, she did nothing in particular for my rosacea that I’m aware of, most disappointing facial I’ve ever had. (My last facial the lady taught me so much, she used all kinds of different devices. She told me what she was doing and why she did it. She made great recommendations that I added to my routine. This lady did none of that.)
No one asked me how the experience was, they just asked me how much I wanted to tip. I said 20% because that’s what I usually do but now I realize they probably think I’m satisfied because I tip, so I’m leaving this review to let them know I’m not.

I received a pedicure and a manicure by Victoria on 2/22. She was very sweet, but needs training. The pedicure was very poorly executed. My nails were not cut or polished, the bottom of my feet remained untouched for the entire service and it was too long, 1 hr and 20 min. I did not want polish for my manicure but did book a no-chip removal and i left with a hard coat on my nails still visible. My nails were rough. Very bad experience. I will not be going back. Sweet, but needs lots and lots of training.

My husband and I booked several services, our first time here, and everything was beyond perfect. We had Lissa and Travis for massages and they were among the best ever (we get massages monthly). My facial was with Hannah and she was excellent. She offered precisely what I needed. Nicole gets a thumbs up from my husband. Many of the staff here also work for doctors’ offices so their knowledge is superb - Lissa is one of the first who really understood some of my problem areas and paid close attention to what I asked for and needed. Beyond that, the spa is beautiful - I spent time in the jacuzzi and enjoyed the steam shower and look forward next time to the pool, sauna and ice room. Also plan to try the nail salon. Cold water and hot tea were provided in the comfy lounge. The front desk staff was attentive and kind and helpful. The robes were lush and everything felt luxurious. Plenty of lockers, toiletries, a blow dryer and wrapped, sanitized brushes if you forget yours. I would add only one request: put up a sign that requests people to silence their phones in the lounge and jacuzzi area - two young girls were there for hours with videos blaring. Not the spa’s fault but a sign might help, maybe even a signed sheet before entering where people have to agree to a few rules. Also, maybe some vending machines with healthy options? We are vegetarian and the restaurants here don’t offer much for us. Otherwise, our day was perfect.
