I can’t say enough good things about Stanley Steemer in Carterville! Since I don’t live down there full-time, I had to trust them to come into our home to get the job done. Not only were they completely trustworthy, but they did a fantastic job from start to finish. The team was professional, very friendly, and made the whole process stress-free for me. It’s not often you find a company you can feel so confident in from a distance, but Stanley Steemer truly delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, quality service!

Dog’s toenail got pulled out and bled all over carpet. They cleaned and looks great. There are still remnants of spots but that is normal. In a few weeks I’m going to have them come back and hit them again. Saved me from having to recarpet!

I’ve used SS for many years now. I’ve never had an issue with Stanley Steemer in any home I’ve lived in. Great prices and terrific work. Matt & Troy were very thorough about their work and made sure we were satisfied. Matt sold us an Outdoor/Indoor floor mat that doesn’t track in dirt.
