We needed a new heating and cooling system and they were so amazing with helping us get ready for the approaching winter season. When I called to schedule an estimate they came out that same day to talk with us and all within a 6 day span our system had arrived, and was installed. Best service EVER!! They explained everything and took the time to answer all our questions. Thank you, RSP for taking care of our family!
My AC stopped working this week, in the middle of a heat advisory. RSP was able to send someone out to assess and repair my AC unit in less than 24 hours. I especially like their notification process leading up to the appt. They texted me the night before to give me a 2 hour expected service window. The technician called me before coming to my house. He called from the location before me and told me he was on the way to me, giving me an ETA. Then, RSP texted me telling me he was on the way and gave his full name and a photo of him. I had to have my whole system replaced. Everything went great from Jason making sure that the new unit was exactly what I wanted, and needed, to the install crew of Dave and Miguel. They were all very professional, and had great communication. I was very pleased with the whole process and experience. I highly recommend RSP.
