Perla (the manager) was pretty rude when I initially walked in, and then proceeded to cut my hair poorly. When I mentioned it, she said it was the way I was holding my head, when she didn’t tell me to fix my head until it was too late. Safe to say I’m never going back to this location

The stylists were surprisingly rude on multiple occasions. I left without getting a haircut one time. Will not return. Unbelievable.

Don't bother using the app. Not followed. I made an appointment for a haircut on the app. Was told to arrive at 1:40pm on 7/27/2025. When I arrived at 1:39 I was told it would be another 45 minutes and that I should come back. I came back at 2pm (20 minutes later) and my name was removed from the wait list and other clients were sitting in the chair that were not on the list. The stylist was very rude and didn't even apologize. I decided I can go other places for less hassle, less money and less rudeness! I hope the management sees this review and has a talk with the employee as you just lost a customer that was going there for years. I am not sure how the owner plans to have the opportunity to make it right without doing anything?

I put my name in the app to hold my place as I was running short of time. I was number 1 on the list and when I walked in they took someone sitting in the waiting area before me even though I was checked in and 1st on the list. Why do you have an app if you don't follow it? Staff was rude and didn't seem to care. Never go here or a sports clips again!

I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Sports Clips of Carpentersville/West Dundee to my grandson Kingston age 12. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with professionalism and genuine friendliness that immediately put us at ease. The Stylist my grandson had did a phenomenal job. She listened attentively to what my grandson was looking for and executed it with great care and precision.
It's clear that the entire team is committed to making each customer feel welcome and confident and I recommend them to anyone looking for that personal touch.
