This place is AMAZING Van Hoesel_Patricia, FNP and her Assistant is AMAZING!!! Also, my psychiatrist Victor Tarson, MD is also amazing they care about my medical and get things done. My appointments are always on time, and I never have to wait long. The phlebotomist I absolutely Love her. The Ladies in the front is amazing as well very polite and happy I love this place. I went in for lab test mind you my appointment was at 10:30 , waited for hours to be seen , what’s the point of making appointments if you won’t even get in at the appropriate time ? Anyways , results were supposed to come back the next day , a nurse told me to call so I can get the results , well exactly what I did to receive no response they refused me to see my ob till we get the results but the doctor had no sense of urgency to even call me back , I called five times was told that a dr will call me back to discuss the results when she’s done with her patients , so I couldn’t get another appointment unless I found out the results and no one was calling me back to discuss the results . At this point they don’t care about their patients not to mention the Dr there was rude to me at my appointment. Worst experience I have had yet .

I literally will never go here again ! The wait is ridiculous my appointment was at 1:15 and I did not get seen until 30 minutes later . All I came for was test results .. I’m glad I switched to Sherman I thought to give them another chance but never again . The service is piss poor and they need to be shut down .

When a specialist asked to speak with your doctor. Why do one of the staff members speak for the doctor and on top of that tells the specialist you have all kinds of problems. The specialist didn't ask about your problems she was asking for the referral on why you are there to treated with care. I will not be going to this Doctor's office because of the staff members do not know how to treat patients. Never the less talk about them behind their back.

Horrible experience, they cancelled my mom appointment on the day that we about to check in and they told me that they leave a voicemail on my phone but we didn’t received any voicemail , the receptionist was so rude

I have been taking my grandson there for quite awhile. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Have had a few appointments that got canceled but I have that issue with any doctor. Nurse has taken the time explaining things to my grandson. Very impressed with the clinic. Yes they are too short on help, but everyone is. They try to do the best that they can.

They never answer the phone and you have to call them for any type or results. I’ve been waiting in a call 10+ minutes for results I was supposed to get months ago. I’ve been inside there it’s never too many call or patient for them to answer a phone. ?. Edit: they finally answered and can’t give me it because they are not the clinic. Apparently the calls don’t even go to the clinic and I have to wait for a call back if it even happens.
