Ace delivers to our store in Erie and we could not ask for a better driver to work with! He is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and all around pleasant to interact with. Our store loves when Ace comes by!

We bought a 7 month old blue quaker parrot from Petco that came from here. He has been the coolest addition to our family. In less than 2 days he was coming out of his cage and had no problem being handled or snuggling with my 3 young children. We all love him very much. Thanks!

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with one of your delivery drivers, Xavier, while working at PetSmart. He was truly kind, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Xavier assisted me with everything I needed, and his respectful and professional demeanor made the experience much smoother.

It was a pleasure working with him, and I wanted to ensure his excellent service is recognized.

Thank you for having such a dedicated team member!
