Omayra, I was in the salon during your visit and witnessed the haircut. While I understand that you were unhappy with the result, I feel it’s important to share what I personally observed.

My teenage son, John, gets his haircut here now. He found a new lady, Christina, that he really likes bc she knows how to cut his hair exactly how he wants it. Never too short & never too long. She really knows her stuff & I noticed everyone walking out with a nice cut. She keeps the clients smiling with her wonderful beautiful bubbly personality. I'll be having her do my hair next. I can tell she knows exactly what she's doing & that means alot.
