Salon is nice and clean. The staff (even though there aren't many) are friendly and courteous. Polly gives the best haircuts I've ever had, she is a master of her craft and I will never go to anyone else again.

First time there and was not impressed. They offer kid hair cuts, but the stylist had zero patience for my son and did a terrible job. When I asked if she could fix it she got an attitude and left it worse. Maybe adult hair cuts are their thing but definitely not recommending for kid haircuts.

I had a very similar experience to Annie B's review below. I walked in and no one addressed me and just continued on with their convos until I finally asked if I needed to check in. One of the ladies said no and carried on her convo with the other lady. Finally when it was our turn, she asked me what I needed to get done for my 8 y/o. As I was explaining a bang trim to start she cut me off and said she got it. Then I asked for a trim and again she said ok just a clip off the ends but I wanted a little more and I said no maybe like a half inch worth and the lady scoffed. I said is that a problem?
