I cannot say enough good things about this company. I discovered my furnace wasn't working at a vacant house I own right before a major winter storm. With concerns about my pipes freezing, I called and they were able to send technician Patrick out that day. He discovered the issue and came back the next morning and finished the job. Charlie has assembled an outstanding team, and I would encourage and recommend for any HVAC or electrical needs you may encounter.

Had Gibbel out to replace a very old and inefficient furnace. They were out within a day of calling them and had me my quotes before the end of the day! They quoted me on a multitude of options we talked about and ended up just going with a basic furnace installation. They had financing options (we just financed privately due to more options) but still reasonable. We never felt pressured to buy, or pressured to make a decision. Had a couple other places out to get options and gibbel’s price and customer service blew the competition out of the water. We paid all up front (even though they were flexible there too) and they had us scheduled that day for installation within the week. Guys came out and were super friendly super informative and even took a look at a couple other things we had in mind. Answered all my questions and were super quick! The new furnace looks great and works wonderful. Will be using them for all future projects hvac, plumbing, or electric! They’ve earned a customer for a life time!!!
(Also the work looks very high quality and well executed. Definitely knew what they were doing)
