I’ve honestly had great customer service everytime I’ve went in. I don’t know how many times these girls have saved me in a crisis! Whether it’s an emergency “cover up” or needing some new makeup that I wouldn’t be allergic to. I walk in here knowing I’m coming out with exactly what I need every time!

Wonderful service. Employees are attentive, polite, and always willing to go above and beyond. The manager who assisted me yesterday with a discontinued Bobbi Brown foundation shade was determined to help and I am so grateful. Another staff member went in the back to find a perfume tester replacement so I could smell a Carolina Herrera fragrance before I finished shopping. Good people. Love my Carbondale Ulta!
