Brake Caliper on my car was bad brake clamped down on my rotor so I called for a tow. Ed² arrived quickly and was very friendly and took care of my situation. Would Recommend.

They gave me a number to send pictures of a car im selling. I sent the pics and got no return answer. I called and texted and got no return answer. The vehicle only needs a battery and transmission work. The body, interior, and other parts are great. I see why they got a ton of low ratings.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with from a company and I WORK in customer service . There is a polite way to do things and being rude to your customers is not a good way to have repeat business . Whoever you have answering your phones is the LEAST helpful person

Earlier this morning, my truck broke down at an intersection. Called AAA and they told me Shelton's was on the way. The towing service was great. Jason made sure my tonneau cover was strapped down so it wouldn't fly up on the way. He also knows the area well and is very pleasant to talk to. That means a lot when you're stressed out.
