Tim inspected a home for us built around 1910. He did a through inspection and walkthrough with us about everything going on with the property. His report he wrote up was extremely thorough and well organized. My report was 188pgs long, including pictures with explanations and even rough estimates of what certain items would cost. His website platform also has a feature where you can check items from the inspection report that are important to you, so that it can help you build a list of things to ask the seller for (repairs/credits). Will definitely be using Tim again.

Really appreciate him getting to us so quickly. Had estimated Friday but was able to work us in by Wednesday evening. Even took the time to draw a diagram and explain how to properly reinsulate after we had a water line freeze and burst in our business. The staff is very happy that we have a working bathroom again. Tim did a great job! I shopped for a home while out of state, he was basically my eyes and ears during the whole process. He inspected a couple of places before I made my decision & even gave ballpark estimates to fix stuff. Since purchasing the home I have called Tim back for plumbing work and I will be calling him again for other things. Tim is honest, professional, but a little difficult to snag so book him in advance of your deadline!
