SRM had being doing service on my old furnace. Their service people were polite and efficient. With the extreme cold this winter the old furnace couldn't keep up. After a through inspection it was decided a new replacement was in order. Rod from SRM walked me through what changes I could make to improve efficiency and save energy costs.
SPM was able to replace the furnace with an energy efficient one in a day. The crew was friendly did an excellent job and cleaned up before leaving. All this at a very competitive price! I highly recommend them for your mechanical needs.
Above and beyond is the first expression that comes to mind when I think of this company because the individuals whom work here are a solid team. I watched a mentor guide his coworker with great expertise and with a great attitude what a stand up guy. He assured our fit and finish was on point and everyone was on board. The overall completed project is wonderful and we are very grateful for our choice to stick with tempstar. The reason we chose this product was based on the fact that we were running a 30+ year old unit and it ran fine but it was to the point of okay this could be it any day lol so we opted to move before that occured. I can express enough the gratitude I have for this company. I called yesterday and within 2 hours they arrived at my 95 year old Grandmother’s house and had her water running again. She had not had running water since September!! Amazing response time and a compassionate and caring crew!! Thank you!!!
