I run an assisted living home. We jave had trouble with our heat a couple times in couple weeks different issues. They were very prompt. Even on call came in middle of the night after calls all day. They get right to it and get it done. And afterwards they explained to me in great detail what happened. Thank you so much for your service.
Kevin has always responded quickly. He is able to quickly diagnose and resolved any issues I have had. He is honest, fair and reasonably priced.
The negative reviews about Spoon River Mechanical is for a different company.
Kevin is an angel. He has saved me many times and usually on very short notice. He refuses to let anyone go without heat during the winter. Goes above and beyond every time. He diagnoses and fixes a variety of HVAC issues within minutes. An absolute gem of a human. Great company to use for any HVAC needs!! 12/10Services: Heating system repair
