We needed 5 branches cut from our maple tree that had grown right over the entire roof of our home. A friend recommended Jack Dresel, so we had him come and look and give us an estimate. He was able to get to us just 2 days later, and finished the job within 3 hours. He and his helper were polite and professional, not to mention extremely good at the job at hand. Not only did they trim the tree well, they did it with zero damage to the house or the yard. He was able to use his new machine that runs along tracks and no damage was made from the machine, even though the yard was soft from a recent rain. They cleaned everything up in the yard. I wish I could give this company ten stars. They are amazing. The owner is one of the most honest, kind, hardworking, caring, friendly, dependable business owners I have ever met. They came out relatively quickly and not only did everything they promised in terms of cutting down my tree and removing all of it (branches, limbs, trunk, etc.), but more, especially in terms of clean-up, which was immaculate. They just kept working and working and working - to the point of perfection. I can recommend them without reservation.
