I typically go to the same stylist. I enjoy how quick the staff are. Although it's all Men, I don't feel uncomfortable. I go to the same stylist based on when he trimmed my hair, it was very detailed and I appreciated the effort and time. I'm typically in and out in under 2hrs. I think you can bring your own products as well, which I may start doing becuse I like a generous amount of heat products and I don't feel like enough may be used with the amount of heat used. I would recommend them.

Mena, my hairstylest, did a 10/10 job — honestly the best wash I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish he was attentive, thorough, and made the whole experience relaxing. What really stood out was how well he knows his customers and the level of care he puts into his work. That kind of attention to detail and personal touch is what true customer service looks like.

I frequent them often for services, and they do a pretty good job with my hair overall. I usually can get right in and out. unfortunately you have to pay attention to the shampooers not the woman though who will add special products that you didn't ask for then charge you for them at the end and that's not fair nor is it good customer service, so they need to be careful with that, because someone else might not be so nice about it next time. Sometimes people only have enough for what they asked for that particular day. I understand they're trying to make a greater sales ticket but you have to be ethical as well. Other than that I recommend this salon!
