Since September of 2019, I have lost three immediate family members. Initially I was referred to Castle Hill by Catholic Charities when my mother passed. For this type of need, at such a difficult time in life, Chris has truly been a blessing. Chris Chelbana has also served the funeral needs for my father, and most recently sister, with the highest degree of professionalism, dignity and respect. His charges for funeral services are very reasonable and more importantly he treats you and your circumstance as a friend and not just another customer to be processed then out the door. He even has gone above and beyond with accommodating us in the surrounding situations with our sister's unexpected passing. Also, as a side note, and having been there several times, the funeral home itself is very nice due to Chris's restoration and improvement efforts.To Chris and Castle Hill I can only give the highest of recommendation.Richard Z.

My dad was shown here in 1994 and mom was so impressed that she wanted her funeral here too . Ownership had since changed hands but the new funeral director Chris did an outstanding job showing my mother in June. The place is a bit dated but I wouldn't change a thing. I recommend this place as a former Cal City resident.
