Omg , I don’t know where to start ! This is the cleanest African Braid Shop I’ve ever been in ! It was completely spotless ! The bathroom had all the cleaning supplies you need and it was clean ! Ok so now to the professionalism Cryst did my mother hair in Micros she was very friendly and professional and on time for our appointment! Her sister Julie did my hair in Medium Knotless braids , she also was very friendly and professional! Our hair is so pretty & neat ! We will not go to any other shop ! You permanently have our business!

Recently I blew my Subwoofer in my vehicle. I took it in and Manny and his crew took real good care of me. It was slightly expensive but it was well worth it. My system sounds so much better and it didn't take my whole day. Manny made sure my system was tuned correctly to my liking. Manny also called me back to the shop as I was driving home to tell me I was overcharged. Friendly honest folks. So glad I decided on Audio Essence.
