They do same day service. I needed something repaired as it popped loose. They stocked it back up only took a couple minutes and gave it back and didn't charge me a dime. It was a small/tiny job but most places would've charged me. They're honest here and want repeat customers they aren't just looking to overcharge or rob you.

I went to get my graduation jumpsuit hemmed because I am short. I brought my shoes with me and they did an awesome job. The night before I brought it in. I tried on the jumpsuit and I snacked it and made a hole on my butt. I was so upset and I didn’t realize it until I got to pappy’s alteration. Do you know that they fixed that too and I thought I was going to have to take it somewhere else? I feel like that’s five star service. I didn’t even ask them to fix it. They are very friendly there. Even when they're backed up and overworked it starts out kind of rough. But in the end everybody is smiling and happy. Decent prices. Excellent, excellent work. I will continue to patronize them even if they have to move to a different location and I will continue to refer others
