My 96-year-old mother had recently been hospitalized and this was the follow-up visit with Jessica the ANP. Jessica is the best. She takes time to listen to my mother and always asks us to voice our concerns or have any questions about anything and always explains everything. She is easy to contact per MyChart and gets back to me. Usually by the end of the day. I would recommend her to anyone.
Just love the atmosphere in the office. Everyone is so nice. Dr. Hansen is amazing. She always listens to you. And she makes sure you don't have any other issues before she leaves the room.
Today I just had bloodwork done. Everything was running on time if not early. The lady that drew my blood was so friendly and I didnt even feel the needle go in. I have been going there for years and have never had one problem. I highly recommend the Byron Clinic
