We recently engaged David for a home inspection on a property in Byron, IL. David dedicated over five hours to meticulously examining the property and explaining all identified issues and concerns. His remarkable attention to detail allowed him to highlight even minor factors that could signal more significant problems, as well as small issues typical of older homes, such as nail pops. Despite the Sellers' assurances that there were no roof issues, David's thoroughness quickly revealed numerous minor leaks and a mold problem in the attic caused by poor airflow and moisture from the roof.
