I'd 100% use Hillis Home Inspections again. David spent five hours meticulously checking the home we're interested in purchasing. He was up on the roof, in the attic, and checking out every space in between. He informs you of what current code would require and how to make the home as safe as possible. He also lets you know which parts of the home need to be addressed right away, as well as potential issues that could arise. He was patient and thorough, answering all of our questions along the way. You can tell he truly cares that you feel comfortable with the home you're looking at. 10 out of 10 - would definitely use David again.

I wish i could give higher than a five star! David was extremely thorough, very knowledgeable and you could see how passionate he is about his company. You can tell he wants to provide the best service and make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. I will recommend him to anyone i know who needs a home inspection! Absolutely phenomenal!
