I love loyola.I have had Dr. Ostrowski for 21 years as my Rheumatologist. I truly believe she is the reason I'm still working today as a carpenter.

I made an appointment over the phone and a hour right before my appointment they called and cancelled me because j didn’t have a primary doctor there. How hard does it have to be to go get your back looked at when you’re in pain. Unbelievable I was turned away

Be careful when choosing this location, our baby is seeing a pediatrician here, and since he is leaving (third dr this year only as I heard ?) their solution is offering us a nurse practitioners at other locations that are at least 20mins away. Something is very wrong here, and I am so sorry that I choose this hospital for a pediatrician when I had my newborn. They need to be able to accommodate patients of a leaving doctor, this is so unprofessional. Skip skip skip, there are much better options in the area.

This place is the worst. ESPECIALLY Jasmin, Ulit, APN in urology. What a waste of space she is. Ordered me a CT scan for kidney stones because im urinating blood, extreme pain and have a history of them, didn't even give me the right number to schedule it. She didnt know it clearly by her scribbles as ahe guessed. See pic of what she gave me. Then I got hung up on. She is no help whatsoever and shouldn't be practicing. She was rude and careless. Just rushed me out so she could leave on a friday evening. Please find something better to do with your time girl. YOU do NOT care for patience. You didn't even take my temp ? or draw blood when I had blood in my urine. Took a cup of pee and of course, I haven't heard anything back. Terrible!!??
