Dan C. came to my home today to fix two plumbing issues. He was so kind and very professional. He found the problems quickly and completed the repairs within a short period of time. He also helped me locate two water lines that need to be shut off during the winter. I had no clue! I highly recommend Cardinal! A rare find in the trades. They fixed my issue quickly had amazing communication. It’s rare to find such an honest and reliable company who didn’t focus on money. I felt like the tech actually cared. We had a family member refer them. Cardinal will be used from now on!
As with a lot of things at Cardinal, this started out with Kathy, as she was able to answer some questions about my air filter. Kathy was able to expedite and get the req in the hands of the technician. Enter: Jordan, who I have familiarity (and knows my house and appliances well. :-)).
Jordan got to my house and took care of the faulty capacitor.
