“If I could give them 6 stars I would. I first went to Proper Balance with severe shoulder pain, which I attributed to an injury I incurred weightlifting. I was unable to lift my arm much above parallel with the floor without significant pain. They did a full diagnostic and found that in fact I had years of damage in my shoulder from repetitive stress. After reviewing everything with Dr. Christina, we discussed options and embarked on a therapy plan encompassing regular adjustments, physical therapy to address long-term issues with my posture and , and other modalities such as PRF, trigger point therapy, and massage. 6 months later I have regained over 90% of my shoulder's function, full range of motion, improved my posture and functional strength significantly, and I can lift weights and enjoy my other regular activities such as golf and ice hockey with no pain. Most importantly, I was able to avoid surgery. All this, and they are super friendly and flexible with appointments! I cannot recommend Proper Balance enough!“

“I visited CGT for the first time the other day and my visit was so pleasant! Everyone was so helpful down to Lizzie and Cassidy at the front desk, Rebecca and Dr. Thomas. I saw Rebecca for a facial and she was incredibly detailed and thorough. I was also interested in scheduling an apt for Botox and Dr. Thomas was able to squeeze me in that day! The staff is accommodating, professional and offer great customer service. The facility is also modern and clean. I can’t speak highly enough!“

“I spent a total of 6 months in Physical Therapy under the care of PT, DPT CERT DN Gene Kruhly, and was very happy with his professionalism, communication skills, and physical skill in rehabbing me back to over 95% recovery. I can’t say higher because I’m not done yet. I have dealt with several other rehabilitations and this was the best. His skill and care will not be forgotten.“

“I had my first appointment there today after being away for 4 years. I cannot express how impressed I was with the facility. The facility is extremely clean, organized and the staff was incredibly friendly. There was absolutely no waiting and my entire visit was handled professionally. I was with both Dr.Fochesatta and Practice Clinician Kristine Asuncion who were both very thorough and caring. I would not hesitate in recommending them to go to for your health needs. Other medical facilities should be run like this one.“
“It is centrally located on 95th Street and California specializing in emergency care, Cancer Treatment Center and general in patient and outpatient care. My experience in emergency and my mother in law in the Cancer center. The emergency wait can be long and on a frustrating night when I had a laceration on my lip as I had hurt my little dog by accident putting her down off my lap and he bit me. A chubby Shihtzu and I got him just wrong under his arms. I finally went up and said if I have to wait any longer I have to leave and I need care. It had been 5 hours. They were attentive and I had to see a surgeon who did a flawless stitch up of my lip. Although I am sure it is a requirement they called the police when I was in the waiting room about the dog bite. The police were upset they had been called when they found out it was my dog and not a criminal act and could not understand why the hospital had called them. It was upsetting already to be there but compounded by the police showing up. They left. The staff is patient, they explain all the procedures but most importantly they listen. There is security there and vending machines and easy access to restrooms. The parking is scary at night to walk quite a distance from the lot to emergency if you are injured and very few spots near the real doors. I had to go alone. I did not see lot monitors or good lighting. You can also enter from 91st west to California and take a left to miss the train tracks. My mother in law went through extensive treatment and spoke highly of the doctors and the care. Check your insurance to be sure they are not out if network as I got a hefty bill. I now go to Advocate for emergencies. Bialys is across the street if you need breakfast or a great meal if you are there for Family.“
“All the staff are GREAT. Very friendly and not just with me. I see how they treat all their patients, and they seem to have very good relationships with all their patients. I've been to this facility twice for different reasons. After I found out I had to do PT again this year, I specifically asked for this location because of the staff. I don't know why this other person had such a bad experience. I've never seen anything but positive interactions among staff and patients.“

“Dr. Wendy Foster is my primary care physician, and I've seen Linda, the nurse practitioner, and a couple other physicians in the practice (Dr. Mary Schraufnagel, and there was a man whose name I can't remember, but he was cool) when needing to get in urgently. Dr. Foster is an internist, and she does annual well-woman exams. Since I'm done having children and no longer require a specialist for obstetric stuff, my physician is my one-stop shop. Yay! I have never had a complaint about the physicians, the nurses, the staff, the lab techs, the billers, parking, etc. I love this practice. Very nice people all around.“

Test is painless. They literally don't ram that s***** up your nose anymore. Better yet - our results were negative. Thank u sweet baby Jesus!!!!! Excellent job Stickney Township!!!!!“
