our master bath had this awful slope in the floor and water pooled by the shower drain every single time. tile was cracked too. superior pad ripped it all out, found the subfloor was a mess underneath, leveled it properly and built the whole bathroom back up. shower drains right now no puddle. tile lines are actually straight. took about 3 weeks start to finish which felt fair for what they had to deal with

Got serious about a full bathroom remodel back in early spring. Had three companies come out to give estimates and Superior Pad was the second one. What stood out during that first meeting was that the owner asked a lot of questions about how we actually use the space, not just what we wanted it to look like. He pointed out a few things the other contractors hadn't mentioned, like how the existing layout was wasting space behind the door.
