Used TrueSpace for our basement and primary bathroom. Both came out the way the renderings showed, which I did not fully expect. The basement has a wet bar area, a bedroom, and a three quarter bath. Bathroom upstairs is all new, tub deck, tile surround, vanity, lights. Pricing was laid out by phase so we always knew what we were paying for. The team that showed up day to day was the same crew start to finish, that mattered to us.
TrueSpace did our hall bathroom and finished the basement. The bathroom is the one I keep dragging people to look at. Curbless shower, linear drain, floating vanity, and they figured out how to keep the original window which I assumed would have to go. Downstairs we got a guest room, full bath, and a big open area the kids use constantly. Tile work in the basement bath matches what they did upstairs. The space actually gets used now.
They finished our basement with a full bathroom down there and the work holds up. New shower, vanity, the whole layout planned out before they started. A friend in Arlington Heights pointed us there way after her own remodel. The bathroom downstairs feels like part of the original house.
