ServiceMaster came out due to a toilet overflow while we were on vacation. Three floors of damage, so much that we unfortunately could not stay in the home. After several meetings with our adjuster regarding the scope of work which the manager for servicemaster was very helpful in navigating, we were able to move forward with all the work. I was also very happy how they handled all of our personal belongings during the packout and took great care of some items that we were concerned about. The entire staff did a great job, office included.
Amazing outcome on my Persian rug at a very reasonable price. From beginning to end the customer service was 2nd to none. If I could give this company 10 stars I would.

We had a flood in our basement. Our agent advised us not put in a claim because our deductible is very high. We received two quotes and felt very comfortable with ServiceMaster. The staff did a fantastic job. We were even more relieved that we were able to finance both the cleanup and repairs, I highly recommend them. Super professional all around.
