The vacant unit above my condo had several burst pipes. Since my unit is the lower unit all their water poured into my unit, making it uninhabitable. I didnt know what to do. I called servicemaster in panic mode at 3am. Jane answered the phone and was able to calm me down, when Fernando arrived at 4:30am with all his crew, he walked me through everything. Servicemaster was very helpful in navigating the claim and guided me to next steps as far as obtaining housing. They were able to pack my duplex unit in 2 days and gut everything out. They also dropped off a few items to my temporary housing. I would have been lost without them.
We had a leak from the second floor to the first floor. The work was fast and very professional. Fernando and his assistant cleaned up all if the mess and left it spot less. If you ever have a restoration project or mediation I would call Service Master of Buffalo Grove first.
After a bunch of burst sprinkler pipes overnight, I was left with a collapsed ceiling in my basement and office and a soaked first floor. Took a while to turn off the water, the fire department had to come since the sprinkler system alerted them. I have used ServiceMaster in the past so I knew who to call. They arrived right away and got to work, the office was very helpful with insurance stuff and all the field workers were great.
