“Wow, long story but let's just say Gerson saved the day. We had scheduled an appointment at BOA to have koan papers notorized. My wife was still off for the Holidays and I left work early to do this. When we arrived and sat for 20 min we were told that they won't do it cause loan was not through them. So the hunt began. We called UPS, notary was not there. We called the Library they said call city hall, called city hall and was told notary left for the day. Back and forth and if they had a notary working they don't do loan papers. Well we were going to have to go on Saturday (if we could get an appointment) to Libertyville to get this taken care of. I called GJF and Gerson answered. We were driving one direction and he was driving towards us from the other direction. Decided on a meeting place in the middle and we met 10 minutes after we hung up the phone. Signed, Notarized, Venmo, and we were on our way! Thanks agai Gerson! Highly recommend!“
