My no chip chipped 3 days later, went back to get it fixed to only have it chip again 2 days later...didn't bother to go back again. Now a week later 2 nails are chipped again. I will not get a manicure there again for sure.

Polish was uneven and cuticles were left jagged. After I the salon, my nail chipped in the middle because there was a blob of nail polish so thick it didn’t dry correctly.Called to get things fixed as I didn’t want to make a big deal in the shop (or over the phone), and the staff was unapologetic, blamed me for not getting it fixed at the time (I didn’t know it would dry so unevenly and I already had brought up a couple issues!), and acted like it was a big inconvenience to get one nail fixed because it was their “busy time”.Came to get my nails done before a wedding, but now I’m just grabbing a bottle of polish.

Went in for a mani pedi. The young lady who came to do my pedicureDidn’t say a word. She proceeded to work on my feetand when she got to the calluses ( which I had mentioned are bad) She continue to scrub my calluses and cause them to bleed. Didn’t say anything till she saw me looking at it. The owner quickly came over and sent the lady to the back room and she finished my pedicure. Totally unacceptableI won’t go back ?
