If you even suspect a mouse problem, I would just call Mice Guys. They do everything from preventing mice from getting in, trapping existing mice, and cleaning years of mouse poop in your house. It's the same people you're talking to the whole time so they're familiar with what they did in the past and what steps are needed in the future unlike other pest control services that bring over different person every time. Justin does a great job of explaining the situation objectively without making you fearful and he educates you on what's realistic for mouse behavior. When I came home from visiting my daughter to find a decomposing dead nose in my basement, I called the Mice Guys. They did a great job. They first sealed off all around the outside perimeter of the house and around the roof. They also removed old insulation in the basement, vacuumed, and disinfected around the sillplate. Justine and his brother Ethan were really nice. They even carried up a pair of heavy speakers from the basement for us! Thanks Mice Guys

I can't say enough good things about these guys. We've had two different extermination services in the past who only treated the symptoms, not the source of the problem. Mice Guys cost more but they solved the problem. They spent an entire day sealing up the place, putting traps where they determined mice were getting in, explaining their methods. They even discovered wood rot under our front porch and put in temporary reinforcing wood -- not in their job description -- until we could get that fixed! It's now been several months and our mouse problem -- which was bad -- is finally over! They have come back several times to check on status, and they insisted... read full review
