He was incredibly responsive and quick to reply, and even offered suggestions to try on my own before I spent a lot of money on professional services. If I’m not able to solve the issue myself, I’ll definitely be back to Lake Cook Pest to help me problem-solve!

Rudy is so helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I spoke to Rudy about hiring his company to get rid of moths and he told me that there really isn’t anything he can do to spray for moths. He told me to focus on getting rid of the food source. I called him a few months later to try to hire him anyway and he repeated the advice and gave me a few more ideas. I’m posting this because I am so grateful to Rudy for the information and for his honesty. If I ever need any help with other bugs, I will call him!!

I called around 11:30 at night regarding a wasp sighting. The technician was out he next day to spray and got rid of the wasp we spotted. The technician was courteous and informative. No contract needed. I would definitely recommend!
