Based on the reviews, John’s Cleaners offers great service and affordable prices. The owner is super nice and knows the customers by name. Customers highly recommend this place, as there are no issues and if there is any, they will always make it right. The dry cleaning comes out perfect, and the alterations are the BEST. One customer had a complicated ballgown altered and the tailor did a fantastic job making sure it was perfect with more than fair pricing. Another customer drove from downtown Chicago to have an expensive coat cleaned, and they worked magic to make it look brand new, going above and beyond and exceeding every expectation. The atmosphere is very good, and customers will continue to come back.

A friend of mine recommended John’s Cleaners after they perfectly cleaned her family’s beige coats two years in a row, so I decided to give them a try.
I even drove all the way from downtown Chicago because I wanted to make sure my expensive butter-yellow coat would be in good hands and it was the right decision. They told me that a few spots might not come out completely, but they worked magic. My coat looks brand new.

Had 2 floor length gowns altered. One was a layered complicated ballgown and both needed trains removed The tailor did a fantastic job making sure they were perfect and the pricing was more than fair. Will be using them again!
