The issue was solved within an hour, and he didn’t impose any additional charges for an evening visit. Thanks a million!!
The team explained the entire furnace replacement process and answered various questions until I was satisfied. And, their immediate help is valuable, because heat went out in the middle of this damned freezing weather. They tested everything, double-checked to ensure perfection, then left. Perfect. Just excellent service, I must say!!
